Located off main waiting area's a safe and secure children’s pay area should be provide. This will help alleviate stress from patients and prevent other patients from be disturbed.

The area should facilitate easy and constant observation from within the waiting area, it should also be made clear that children are very welcome but they are not the clinics responsibility.
